### Typical Majorcan town house with pool – Casa Manolo

Casa Manolo is situated in a quiet residential area only a few metres from the sea, in the bay of Cala Moll. With a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them air-conditioned), a bathroom and an air-conditioned, cosy living room with a satellite TV and a fireplace, this holiday home in traditional Majorcan style can accommodate 5 people. The tastefully furnished vacation home also has Wi-Fi, a cot, an extra bed and a high chair. Parking spaces are available on the street. You can relax and enjoy yourselves on the terrace with barbecue and a 38-m² pool. In the evenings, you can all round off the day together with an alfresco dinner and a glass of wine. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés as well as the bay with its sandy beach are just a few minutes' walk away.  
  
Small pets are allowed.   
  
The holiday home is situated in the middle of a quiet residential area and is not suitable for youth groups.  
  
Youth groups under 30 years old are not allowed. The reservation will be canceled if booked against the rule.
