It has 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with a single bed and a removable bed), 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, living room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet and stereo equipment , kitchen equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and small appliances. Laundry with washer and dryer. 2 terraces, one of them with sea views, a rooftop solarium with beautiful views of the bay and beach of Cala Agulla. The house has hot / cold air conditioning, underground parking and terrace furniture (tables, chairs and sun loungers). Five minutes walk to the small cove suitable for swimming in Cala Lliteras where there is a diving school, and 15 minutes walk along a pedestrian walk to the beach of Cala Agulla.
