Terraced house in Cala LLiteras (Cala Ratjada)

Townhouse of 120 m2. habitable and 3 terraces of 30 m² in total, with wonderful views over the bay of Cala Agulla, located on the seafront in a quiet area and a few minutes from downtown. It has 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with a single bed and a removable bed), 2 full bathrooms (one with jacuzzi) and 1 guest toilet in the living room, dining room with sat-TV . and stereo equipment, wi-fi internet, kitchen equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and small appliances. Laundry with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. 2 terraces, one of them overlooking the sea and awning, a rooftop solarium with beautiful views of the bay and beach of Cala Agulla. The house has hot / cold air conditioning in the dining room and in each of the rooms, underground parking and terrace furniture (tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasol). It also has a barbecue. Five minutes walk to the small cove suitable for swimming in Cala Lliteras where there is a diving school, and 15 minutes walk along a pedestrian walk to the beach of Cala Agulla.

Einfach nur traumhaft

Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Stauraum - gerade auch sehr gut, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs ist. Von der Terrasse und von der Dachterrasse hat man einen so einen traumhaften Blick, dass man das Haus gar nicht verlassen möchte. Es duftet nach dem herrlichen Meerfenchel, der wild auf den umliegenden Küstenfelsen wächst. Das Haus liegt etwas abgeschieden und am Ende einer Sackgasse, an dem dann die Küstenfelsen ins Meer hinab ragen. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Abends kann man die Sonne hinter dem Tramuntana Gebirge verschwinden sehen und den sanften Wellen und den Grillen lauschen. Die Dachterrasse hat eine Außendusche, die auch warmes Wasser hat. Ein absolutes Highlight. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und super schnell. Wir werden selbst sicher wieder hierher kommen. Sehr zu empfehlen.
