The site also houses the William McKinley Presidential Library and Museum and a large public park. McKinley was born in Niles, Ohio but began his career in Canton, the city he called home. McKinley was also the 39th Governor of Ohio. On September 6th 1901, six months into his second term as President, McKinley was shot by a Polish American anarchist. He died 8 days later on September 14th. He was succeeded by his vice president Theodore Roosevelt. Pictures make everything look much newer and in better condition than actually is. Foosball table missing a player rod, hammock on frame is just a rickety frame, play structure and bunk beds need safety upgrades. Host was nice. Property walkable to Hall of Fame.

Stayed here for a wrestling tournament with 4 teenage wrestlers. Was a better option than multiple hotel rooms and was in a nice/safe neighborhood.The owner was very good with communication and clearly provided us everything we needed to know.

We couldnt have picked a more perfect place.

We absolutely adored this house. 100% would rent again, and recommend! Everything was so so clean. The kids area was perfect for my almost 3 year old, he had the best time playing in the ball pit and slide. The football hall of fame was close enough to walk to but not close enough to notice the traffic. 10 outa 10.

A lovely stay!

The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were courteous, the check in process was easy, and my kids had tons of fun on the slide (/“pirate ship”) and in the ball pit! Cannot recommend this stay highly enough!

I rented this place because my dad had passed and my family came to his funeral. It was a good place for us to gather, since most of us were from outside of Ohio. There was plenty of space for gathering. Everybody like it. On more technical issues were the inside temperature. Upstairs had it's own A/C unit, but it was getting cold that time of year and we had to go down the stairs to turn on the heat. As with any 3 story home the top floor would get hot and the basement was colder. There is a shower in the basement, but it lack any water pressure. Also there wasn't anywhere to hang towel. I bought a 3 hook rack that went on the door and left it for the next guest.

Great location and our granddaughter loved the water park theme!

This is a great location on a nice quiet street. Close to the HOF, grocery stores and other shopping, if needed. We had a couple minor issues during our stay but they were promptly addressed, which was awesome! Highly recommend to anyone that is visiting the HOF; and even better if you have young grandchildren!

Excellent Stay

Very clean and in a great neighborhood. Everything needed for a 4-day stay was provided. Very close to local attractions and places to eat. This was the perfect place to stay with my grandchildren. There was something for all three (18 months, 5 & 10 yrs) and the back deck & yard is perfect for allowing the kids to play outside. *Do bring your own gate for the stairs is you have little ones* Had to contact property manager about the TV and got prompt helpful responses. Overall a great stay and we will be returning!

Canton Getaway

We booked for our daughter’s wedding, with four adults and one child. The home was very spacious and had two full baths. It was close to the Football Hall of Fame, restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this home.
