This 38m2 apartment by the sea invites you to an unforgettable cocooning stay. Apartment renovated, fully equipped kitchen, Italian shower and whirlpool bath, balcony (10m2) sea and beach view less than 5 minutes walk away, this little gem with multiple assets will seduce you. Whether it's for a business trip, a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this cozy space is the ideal place to recharge your batteries.

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy while admiring the sunset. The apartment is tastefully decorated, offers plenty of storage capacity and has quality bedding, creating a soothing environment for restful nights.
The bedroom offers a bed of 160x200cm (queen-size bed), and the sofa bed a bed of 140x195cm.

You will have total and exclusive access to the accommodation consisting of a bedroom with storage, a fully equipped kitchen open to a living room (with sofa bed), a bathroom with an Italian shower and a 135x135cm whirlpool bath, separate toilet, and a 10 m2 sea view balcony.

Located in a secure residence with 24-hour surveillance, our ON VACAY apartment welcomes you for a comfortable and practical stay, a stone's throw from the sea.

Check-in is self-contained (except in exceptional cases); You will receive the Welcome guide shortly before your arrival and everything will be indicated in detail, and embellished with photos, depending on whether you take the parking lot or not.

The keys will be easily collected from a partner merchant located only 260 m from the residence, which will allow a flexible arrival. You will be able to manage your arrival with ease, at your own pace (until 9:30 p.m.), while keeping the quality of ON VACAY follow-up to answer your questions if necessary.

🌴 Everything nearby for a pleasant stay
4 swimming pools are at your disposal in July and August. The first opens in April, the last closes in October.
Access to the swimming pools is managed by the condominium: in the event of an exceptional restriction or closure (works, management decisions, weather, etc.), this would remain beyond our control and could not be reimbursed. Thank you for your understanding.

Fine sandy beaches accessible in less than 5 minutes on foot.

Shops in the immediate vicinity: bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, bookshop, shoemaker...
An Intermarché is just 500 metres away.

📍 Please note: The apartment is located a stone's throw from the railway tracks. On average, 4 trains pass per hour, causing a brief noise nuisance of about 10 seconds each time they pass.

🔒 Security & serenity
The residence is secure, with the presence of 24/7 security guards, in permanent contact with the national police located a few hundred meters away.
The area is lively, family and safe, for a peaceful stay.

The residence is located in a cul-de-sac just before the beach access tunnel, which leads to a large number of people passing in front of the entrance, with the occasional presence of people circulating or parking nearby. Bulky items can also be observed from time to time awaiting removal, as can be seen in many large residences.

In high season, especially in summer, the residence and its surroundings naturally welcome more people: more passage, more life in and around the residence. This animation is characteristic of this very popular period, offering a lively and friendly atmosphere specific to the French Riviera.

These elements may surprise some travelers upon arrival if they expect an environment without passage, but they do not impact your tranquility inside the apartment enjoying an unobstructed view of the sea.
You enjoy a bright setting, comfortable and peaceful to rest after your days at the beach, in Cannes and on the French Riviera, with excellent value for money for this location.

Also note: improvement work may occasionally take place in some common areas (passageways), but this does not affect the comfort or calm inside the accommodation.

The outdoor environment and the common areas depend on the condominium and local life, with more animation in high season.We understand that some aspects may not meet all expectations, and we thank you in advance for your understanding, as this unfortunately cannot give rise to a refund or compensation.

Check-in: between 16:30 and 21:30.

Early check-in possible from 14:30, subject to availability, for 15€.

Self-check-out: between 6 am and 11 am.
Late check-out until 1 pm possible, subject to availability, with an extra charge of €15.
