Whether you are planning a sunny holiday just a 2-minute walk from the beaches, or a business trip just a 5-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, this accommodation will meet all your expectations. In addition, the Cannes train station is only a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to get around.  
  
At Viva Riviera, our mission is to simplify your life by offering you personalized services. Our reception, located on rue du Commandant Andrée, is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to meet all your needs. We also provide an airport shuttle and private drivers to ensure that your transfers go smoothly. And for those who wish to discover the wonders of the French Riviera, we organise unique tourist experiences throughout the region.

Please meet us at the reception of the Hotel Florian 8 rue Commandant André to collect the keys or receive the instructions in case of a late check-in (after 10 pm).

We can arrange airport transfert to/from Nice Airport for 1 to 5 people by car or van. We have several cars or vans and our drivers will wait for you directly at the airport with your name on a board. Our drivers are also available to assist you during your stay.

The apartment is in a great location — walking distance to all popular areas. It can be a bit noisy at night because there’s a restaurant on the first floor, but overall it’s a convenient and comfortable place to stay.
