When it came to the bed and mattress, that was a huge disappointment. Very uncomfortable. We would recommend the apartment to anyone as it is perfect for those visiting the beach. The couple unexpected opportunities for improvement are that toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent should have been included. Kathy did bring by some extra trash bags for us, but for the daily price I shouldn’t have to buy toilet paper which is listed as “included” or soap to clean the dishes. We were very appreciative of the host organizing a baby crib for us, that was greatly appreciated, as was the towel rental. We had a marvelous time! The property is excellently managed by Kathy, the personal concierge, who was very responsive to any of our questions or requests. The location is perfect, just across our favorite public beach and a short walk from multiple private beach clubs. It also a short walk to groceries stores, bakeries and the heart of shopping. our only criticism would be that interior is a little dated but we understand that it is about to be renovated. the view is outstanding with a psycodelic sunsets over the bay. we are already planning to book another month next year. ##### Tatiana G.
