Just five minutes from the beaches and close to shops, it offers a peaceful setting for enjoying the Riviera. The Long Beach area sits just behind the Croisette and its famous sandy coastline. With beaches, restaurants and shops nearby, the neighborhood combines seaside atmosphere with everyday convenience. Located on the fourth floor of a residence with elevator, this 31 m² studio offers a comfortable space for a relaxing stay in Cannes. The main living area includes a double bed, TV, dining area and air conditioning. The open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, oven and microwave. The bathroom features a shower, hair dryer and towel rail, while the toilet is separate. The enclosed loggia provides a pleasant extension of the living space, furnished with a table and chairs and offering panoramic views of the sea. The beaches can be reached in about five minutes on foot, while the Palais des Festivals is around ten minutes away by car or bus. At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it. Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees. Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee. Before leaving, we ask you to: \- Empty the refrigerator \- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher \- Take out the trash Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit. Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.
