Just steps from Place Mistral, the Mediterranean stretches out directly in front of the apartment. Large windows frame a panoramic view of the sea, bringing natural light into the spacious living and dining area throughout the day. This renovated apartment combines comfort, brightness and proximity to the beach, making it ideal for both holiday stays and congress visits in Cannes. The living room and dining area create a generous open space designed for relaxation and shared moments, while the fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare meals with ease. Three bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to six guests. Two bathrooms and a separate toilet provide additional comfort, making the apartment particularly well suited for families or groups. Located in a secure residence with elevator access, the apartment places you just a few steps from the beach and within walking distance of the Palais des Festivals. At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it. Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening. Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees. Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee. Before leaving, we ask you to: \- Empty the refrigerator \- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher \- Take out the trash Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit. Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.
