Lovely Boutique hotel - Great position

A lovely boutique hotel just behind the Mondrian (used to be The Grand) in the centre of Cannes. Everything is within a maximum of about a 10 min walk. Croisette and beaches are 3 mins away, good bars, restaurants, shops, markets are all within 2 to 5 mins away. Location, Location, Location

Excellent hotel in a great location. All staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. The hotel had all basic facilities, good shower and comfortable bed. Location was perfect, just a minutes to walk to great restaurant and all the buzz. Would highly recommend.

Very convenient and comfortable hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. It has a nice shaded garden entry with the door away from the street providing a very relaxing environment. Reserve a room on the ground floor if you can. They aren’t much more expensive but are like little studio apartments. I didn’t give my stay a five star rating for two reasons - there is no parking (pretty typical in Cannes) and the breakfast options weren’t as elaborate as some of the other hotels we stayed at on this trip. However, there is plenty of parking at a nearby paid public garage and the breakfast was certainly adequate. All of that said, the location and the price make it a great value.

Breakfast not recommended

Breakfast is not maintained to a good standard. The staff did not refill food to the buffet. This is not at all worth the extra charge. Staff did have time to talk to each other, but not to care for the guests. The stay was a disappointment and not worthy for a hotel aiming to please guests. The room was fine. Hotel is central in Cannes.

Loved staying here. Its in such a great location and was really pleased with the economy room. AC was a huge life saver and bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was in great condition. In the evenings, they would close their gate quite early sometimes, requiring us to call them to let us in. It was also extremely difficult to dry towels in the economy room due to space. In the questionnaire sent to us before arriving I also requested certain information on the local area and a kettle however this was not there until i asked. Overall though, these are very small room for improvements and i would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you very much hotel Moliere.

zimmer und TOILETTE viel zu klein

Die Lage ist Top und auch der Balkon. Das wars aber auch schon. Leider ist das Zimmer sehr klein. Das Badezimmer ist so klein, dass es wirklich ungemütlich ist. Die Dusche ist offen, heisst nach dem man duscht, ist das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser. Was ebenfalls stört: Am Abend und in der Nacht schliessen Sie das Gartentor ab, will man rein oder raus muss man jedes mal läuten und warten bis einem jemand mit dem Schlüssel aufmacht. Fazit: Wenn es Euch möglich ist etwas mehr Geld zu investieren, um ein besseres Hotel zu nehmen, tut es unbedingt, denn für diesen Preis den ich bezahlt habe finde ich, kann man ein anständigeres Zimmer und vor Allem Toilette bekommen. Tipp für die Leute die nicht so viel Geld zur verfügung haben: Sucht euch ein Hotel in Antibes / Juan les pins, dort sind die Preise für Hotels, Essen, usw. günstiger und es ist genau so schön wenn nicht schöner als Cannes. Cannes ist sehr protzig halt für die Reichen und Schönen Antibes und juan les pins haben noch diesen cote azur scharm und cannes ist 20 Autominuten davon entfernt also perfekt für einen Tagesausflug.
