Cannes au coeur de la riviera, avec ses plages de sable publiques et privées, la magnifique Croisette fleurie et bordées de palmiers et ses nombreux palaces, à proximité de Nice, Monaco, Eze, Mougins, Valbonne, Villefranche, Saint-Paul de Vence, villes à voir absolument. Les iles de Lérins pour la tranquilité à 1/4 d'heure de mer. Des restaurants en quantité, en qualité et pour tous les budgets. Tous les loisirs sont praticables sur Cannes et dans la région, sur terre sur mer dans les airs avec son aérodrome au bord de l'Estérel. Trois magnifiques golfs en 10 km, des très beau club de tennis, des clubs de voile nombreux. Le parc Aquatique " Marineland " à Antibes avec ses attractions de mammifères marins avec le spectacle impressionnant des orques, des dauphins et un très bel aquarium, Monaco, le palais le musée océanographique et aussi le magnifique aquarium dont la réputation n'est plus à faire. Èze, village de pirates dans un site incroyable et son jardin botanique, en passant par la moyenne corniche qui offre un spectacle exceptionnel avec vue sur la côte d'Azur et le bord de mer. Vous en garderez un souvenir inoubliable.

Brilliant apartment with plenty of space for the 4 of us to stay. Brilliant views from the old town across the bay and out to sea. Stunning location if you’re visiting Cannes. Serge, the property owner was a brilliant host.
We loved this spot. It was very clean, quiet and in a nice location. Lots of stairs down to the beach and no elevator in the building and it’s on the third floor, but that’s typical of most buildings like this here. Beautiful view of the bay, and very good location about 500 m or so from the prime restaurant and shopping areas. Overall, we liked it a lot.
This apartment is very close to the beaches and Cannes city situated in Le Suquet area, which is very beautiful and calm, a really great neighborhood.

However, the apartment has not been updated for many years and it is decorated in very simple style and poor style. You get the impression you are not paying for comfort - for me and my company the charm of the apartment and the neighborhood were the highlight.
Our apartment was located on a beautiful pedestrian street of lovely old homes in the Le Suquet area. It was quite large, with two bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, WiFi, and a marvelous view. It is on the 4th floor with no elevator, so not good for people with mobility issues. A beautiful beach is down the hill, as well as the harbor and many restaurants and shops. For us, it was our home as we took day trips to St Tropez for the sailing races, and visited many other towns along the Mediterranean coast. Our host gave perfect instructions, but in French. I figured it out with my limited French as well as google-translate. It was a delight in every way and I hope to go back someday.
We had a really lovely apartment with French flair and seaview in the old part of Cannes for one week and 5 persons. Close (about 150 stairs) to the beach, to a small market, to a delicious bakery and lots of restaurants. We could park our car in a parking house (5 minutes to go and extra pay), but in most cases we decided to go by train (station: 10 minutes to go). The owner of the apartment was very friendly and had good tipps for us (like to travel to St. Tropez via coastal road in the morning). We will be back for sure...

Host came into apartment on our second night demanding more money. He would not leave until we paid $$$, so we had no choice but to pay. I do not recommend this place.
Serge nous a donné des instructions très claires, ce qui est utile, car le Suquet est piétonnier. Il nous a chaleureusement accueilli. un appartement, calme, charmant, fonctionnel, à proximité de la plage, des marchands, des restos. La vue du Grand bleu est exceptionnelle.
Sincèrement, une adresse d'exception.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich besonders, nur ca. 100 m vom Musée de la Castre entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Fußgängerzone, man darf aber als Anwohner zum Be- und Entladen für maximal eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto bis zum Haus fahren. Das Parkhaus ist 500 m entfernt (Google Maps Routenplaner) und hat uns für sechs Tage € 72,-- gekostet.
Wir haben eine schöne Zeit an der Côté d'Asur verbracht. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Burg, die Innenstadt ist nur in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.
Es gab leider kein Parkplatz an der Wohnung, sondern nur ein öffentliches Parkhaus, was ca. 10 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt ist. Die Parkkosten für eine Woche belaufen sich auf knappe 80 € zusätzlich, was man in Kauf nehmen soll, wenn man eine Wohnung direkt in der Fußgängerzone haben will.
L’appartement est très propre, nous nous sentons chez nous, l'appartement a une vue magnifique et le monsieur Amoros, est très gentil. On a passé un grand séjour!!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement situé en plein coeur du quartier du Suquet. Le centre de Cannes, les plages, la Croisette sont très facilement accessibles. L'appartement bénéficie d'une très belle vue, encore plus le matin lorsque l'Esterel est illuminé par les rayons du soleil. Seul petit bémol, mais ce sont les contraintes du quartier, le parking proposé dans l'annonce est en fait un parking souterrain municipal. il faut donc prévoir en plus un emplacement de parking (abonnement possible pour plusieurs jours). Nous n'avons pas rencontré le propriétaire du logement, mais nous avons eu toutes les instructions nécessaires.
Die Wohnung hat eine fantastische Aussicht und eine gute Lage. Zu Fuss ist man schnell in der Altstadt und am Meer.
