### Central Studio with mezzanine

Located in the heart of Cannes on the 4th floor with no elevator, this studio offers you all the comfort you need. There, it is ideal for a family as you can come and stay up to 4 with its double bed and double sofa bed. This flat is equipped with internet access, bed linens, towels, dishes…etc. (all included in the price). This apartment is an ideal location for your holidays (1-minute walking from the beaches) and for your business trips (5 minutes walking from the Palais des Festivals).  
  
Accessibility: Short walking distance from the train & bus station.
