Rooftop in Palm Beach, 2-min walk to beaches PROPERTY MAIN FEATURES \- Unique setting: a rooftop & terrace apartment. Very rare in Cannes. \- Air conditioning. \- Tons of natural light. \- Quiet location, atop a small residential building located on a narrow one-way street. \- Free street parking in the same street as well as around the neighborhood. \- Immediate proximity to a variety of food stores, to the Croisette seafront as well as the beaches of the Mouré Rouge district. \- WiFi included. THE APARTMENT \- A beautiful living room, with comfortable sofa, smart TV and coffee table opening onto a grand sunny terrace. \- The grand terrace, with a dining table for 6 and deckchairs. \- A well-equipped open-floor kitchen, with everything you’ll need during your stay. \- A first bedroom suite with a queen size bed and its private shower room with toilets. \- A second bedroom with a 160cm-wide bed (the small bed in the photos is not counted as a bed, it only serves as a couch). \- A second separate shower room with toilets. \- Come drop of your luggage here and experience some dolce vita in Cannes, as a couple or with friends, in this unique rooftop apartment. GETTING TO THE PROPERTY Access to the property is within 30 minutes on foot from the train station, 7 minutes by car or 14 minutes by bus. It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD Located in the heart of the Palm Beach district, the neighborhood will offer you a quaint “village” atmosphere, just as everyone likes them… Within a 5-minute walk radius, you can find all shops: supermarkets, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, hairdresser... Do you want to go to the center of Cannes? Head to the famous Croisette and go to the Palais des Festivals within a 20-minute walk, surrounded by the sea and luxury boutiques, or take public transportation, thanks to the bus stops located a few steps from the apartment. The Palais des Festivals is 20 minute away on foot. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…) Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee. After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
