« This place is a great apartment. I loved the rooftop terrace and all the skylights. The location is fantastic, just off the Grand Canal and a main walking route plus close to a water bus stop.My minor issue was that the air conditioning had trouble keeping up with the heat. It wasn't overly hot, but the AC units were not able to keep things down in the 24 degree Celcius range. It rarely got below 27-28 during the day and maybe 25 at night. They were working but perhaps not perfectly...
