Located on the second floor and just steps from the outdoor pool and three relaxing hot tubs, it’s an ideal space to unwind in comfort and style. With a spacious kitchen and bathrooms, the space is clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained for your convenience. There is also a cute outdoor kids area outside Cougar Lodge. The Neighborhood: The Lodges at Canmore is a resort-style accommodation set in the main tourist area of Canmore. We are walking distance to downtown (20 minutes via lovely Spring Creek Boardwalk), and just 5 minutes to the Shops of Canmore with bars, restaurants, cafes, convenience and liquor store. Getting Around: Canmore is very walkable, with The Lodges at Canmore just a 20 minute walk to downtown via beautiful Spring Creek Boardwalk. Please note that parking downtown is not free, you can pay at a number of parking kiosks. If you prefer to catch the bus, the local Roam Transit is completely free within Canmore, and offers paid connections to Banff and Lake Louise. The bus runs from just outside The Lodges. Other Things to Note: Check in is via the front desk which is open 24 hours. There is secure underground heated parking for your vehicles. Interaction with Guests: We are in town and will happily offer as much or as little support as you need during your stay. We had a pleasant stay overall. The unit was clean, ready on time, and the air conditioners were very useful. The beds were comfortable and made for a good night’s rest. Communication could be improved, as it took a bit of follow-up to receive check-in details, and the front desk needed clarification about our booking.
