Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation. 7\. This unit has a maximum capacity of 10 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed. 8\. PETS: Your furry friends are welcome! Our pet fee is $25 CAD per pet, per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pets unattended inside the unit. \*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation). 9\. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post\`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages. 10\. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items.
