« The owner was incredibly helpful and we valued his knowledge of the surrounding area/facilities-he was also available if required. Great to have parking and a short walk to Sandbanks beach and Ferry to Shell Island-glorious!! Our dog was in heaven!! Spacious property with everything we needed. I could have lived there forever! Highly recommend this property for an excellent base to explore Bournemouth and Poole-we had a truly perfect holiday even though the weather was...VERY British!! »

« Cute and stylish cottage (we were in the Milking Parlour), easy to find and good location. Cosy for a few days for a couple but the outside space a bit disappointing. Inside the cottage is pretty much exactly as per the photos. It's stylish and cleverly designed for multi-functional self-catering. Even has a dishwasher! Some tea, coffee beans, sugar, milk and olive oil kindly provided. The smart home features for air-con, heating, radio etc take getting used to but are effective. Could do with...

« There is nothing to fault at this property. Everything you need for your stay has been thought of. The studio is spotless with good quality furniture and bed linen. Great communication with the host Roz who was very accommodating and friendly. We had a relaxing and happy stay and would not hesitate to highly recommend this property to anyone. « Lovely little house, well placed tucked away from the main thoroughfare. Pub/Chinese restaurant, fish and chip shop and a corner shop all within 50 yards of the property. Center of Christchurch is a 15 minute walk. Owners are quick to respond to any questions. We did find the hot water system was a bit temperamental, however we were informed that it was due for a service. »

« Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better...

« We had a lovely few days at the apartment. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to allow us to get out on to the extensive balcony with views of swanage and the sea. All in all, a fine few days. »

« Our lodge was very nice even though we didnt have a couple of things we were expecting, coffee mc and dryer ……the dryer would have been so helpful , the laundry dryers were always being used. We didnt realise we had to book childrens activities so much in advance so they missed out on a few things. Our overall break was very enjoyable and location of Lodge was great for boys to walk safely alone. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and much appreciated. We will be booking again …..Thank you...

« We spent 2 days in Heaven..... Oooops in The Haven! and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is very kind. I would like to thank especially Gulsah and Ana, who were very helpful and the cleaning people who do a remarkable job. The hotel has a breahtaking view over Studland. We enjoyed swimming both in the outdoor pool and in the sea. I wish we could have stayed longer. THANK YOU! »

"I was having breakfast and A staff member wouldn’t let me leave the restaurant before I paid when you usually pay at checkout. She chased me as I was leaving the restaurant and made me feel like a thieve. On top of that, the staff at the reception made my wife pay a second time for the same breakfast! Then we had to go back and forth to prove that we had already paid and obtain a refund! Outrageous!"
