Par temps de grandes chaleurs, la maison gagnerait à être climatisée pour permettre aux habitants un séjour plus aisé à toute heure de la journée. Un autre petit plus serait la mise-à disposition dans le jardin d'eau courante pour les retours de plage (plage de sable immense !).
