Overall we’re we’re very displeased with the description of the rental
Communication was 5 star as the property owner, however the photos that were sent to us did not accurately describe the property. We arrived the first night and the owner was not present for check in and the young man that was there had no idea what was going on. Other guests were also arriving and were just as confused as us. Initially we were sent into another groups camp, only to discover that is not where we were supposed to be. We didn’t even stay one night because we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our equipment based on our check in process. There was too many moving parts on our check in process and no on site to coordinate it all.
After a lot of back and forth emails, we asked for just a partial refund since we didn’t even stay a single night and the owner declined and said it was not her fault.
Overall, I could not recommend this property.
We loved our stay here! We camped and had everything we needed—bathroom, fire pit, and a beautiful scenery with lots of animals. Anita is so friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We will be back :)
