« Wonderful location, which we chose as a base to explore other coastal towns nearby such as Camden and Belfast. The hosts were lovely, and the gourmet 3 course breakfast served daily was simply amazing. The home was charming, and cozy and filled with everything that made the stay delightful. Walking across the street to a lobster dinner on the water was an added bonus. We’d love to return to the Spouter Inn. »

« The lady at the reception was really kind and gave us quite a few good tips for dinner. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a little walk down to the private shore which is really beautiful. The only con here is about breakfast: first, the previous hosts' breakfast had been left on our terrace; second, our own breakfast was quite limited, we would have liked to have a choice. »

« My husband and I stayed here in for several nights and really enjoyed our time. It's a very cute guest cottage close to the main downtown. Very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable bed, and quiet. Nice amenities, such as a fan, record player, wine/bottle opener & glasses, kitchen supplies, plenty of blankets, and designated parking spot. It was also very nice having a fenced backyard available for us. Highly recommend this charming cottage! »

« The location was really great, short walk for coffee each morning. The neighborhood was very quiet and everyone was friendly. We found the house more spacious than the pictures show. Having a small yard was good for the kids. The kitchen could use some more cooking tools. We tend cook instead of going out to eat every meal. Vacasa was difficult to deal with. I had to call a call center then they contacted the local people who gave an answer, then the call center got back to me. I was told I...
