This old mill converted into a farm 200 years ago, renovated and classified in 2012, has a lot of charm inside with its antique furniture and its very wooded garden enclosed by walls. Many animals mules, chickens, ducks, pigeons, are free in the one-hectare property, attracted by the pond. To this pond, we will add 2 natural treatment basins, delivered in May 2026. Children love the benevolent presence of the animals and go around the henhouse and vegetable garden to harvest eggs and vegetables. The location of this property is ideal 750 m from the beach, 450 m from the first supermarket and 1 km from the historic centre. It takes only 7 minutes to reach the airport. We welcome my son and I families. We would like to indicate that you will have encounters with animals: from the house cats, to the horses, to the wild boars that cross the garden at night (because we are against the maquis (natural countryside) You will move into the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom for a total of 82m². In December there is a possibility to accommodate additional people (contact us). The arrival time slot, at no extra charge, is from 3 pm to 7 pm. But it is sometimes, if the calendar allows it, you can arrive as early as 8:30 am, for the cost of half a day. Many services, described in a flyer, are offered. You can ask us for them since we live on site. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and new and very complete baby equipment. The living room of 35m², equipped with a 67" screen, a wood stove, a sofa bed. It is possible to have lunch on the terrace or under the arbour because even if there are rainy episodes; they are very short, which allows you to run on foot or with the cargo bike, cook on a barbecue and even go out to sea (we rent boats with or without motors) and swimming in the outdoor natural pool with picnic table from May to October. Attention: it's free, but you have to book because you have the exclusivity of the area, but you shouldn't disturb the animals too much because you are in the middle of their domain. Even if the water is not heated: it is still more than 15° outside in low season. We go on tours by truck, scooter, bike. Takeaway meals are cooked on site by Thanh, Breakfasts and dinners on the terrace of the son of the house who is a cook. An emergency grocery store can provide items or condiments, if you have forgotten any purchases: it goes from: mayonnaise, crispy fries, boiled eggs from our chicken coop,.. My son, a professional cook, prepares breakfasts, 4 hours and dinners served on the panoramic terrace, on the table d'hôte (paella, couscous, crispy chicken, Vietnamese dishes,... If you are bored, you may be asked to help restore the boat, train the mules (from 14 to 50 years old), plant, or feed the animals.
