a very bright living room (large bay windows) with fitted kitchen and sofa bed  
dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, plancha ... etc ...  
also a Nespresso coffee machine, operating only with Nespresso capsules, to be provided  
flat screen television

Vacances excellentes dans appartement bien agencé, avec clim, pergola, ce qui rend le séjour bien agréable... Sans oublier la vue sur mer et montagnes.. J'ai raffolé de ces beaux spectacles et fait de nombreuses photos... Calvi je connais, j'y viens depuis 40 ans.. Et là, ce fût une très belle découverte, car très près de Super U... Et un confort parfait dans l'appartement, où tout y est bien expliqué..

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Wohnung von Francette verbracht. Die saubere, vollständig ausgestattete Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Calvi entfernt und war ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin.

L'appartement est situé au dernier étage d'un immeuble récent avec une vue magnifique sur la citadelle, la mer et la montagne. Il est très bien équipé. La mer, le centre et la plage sont tres proches et tous accessibles à pied sans avoir à bouger la voiture. Le parking privé est très pratique. Seul bemol, le voisinage proche de l'immeuble : 1 garagiste et 1 supermarché mais sans aucune nuisance.

#### Très bien

Beaucoup de points positifs: Situation dans Calvi, à la fois proche du centre, de la plage et des commerces. Appartement propre, en très bon état et bien équipé. Au dernier étage sur ascenseur avec un balcon vue mer/montagne. Remise des clés facile, très bon accueil. Gros points forts avec la climatisation, les ouvrants électriques et le parking privé et clôturé. Je recommande.

#### Appartement bien situé

Appartement très fonctionnel et pourvu d une très belle terrasse et pléthore d équipements permettent de se sentir comme chez nous. Nous le recommandons et nous y reviendrons. De plus la propriétaire bienveillante se souciant de notre séjour. Bon accueil de Christelle.
