Confetti is allowed only if it is fully cleaned up by guests. A cleaning fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any glitter or confetti left behind. Interaction with Guests: The Inc Liv team is available digitally via the Airbnb app from 7am - 11pm daily. Outside of these hours we can be directly contacted via phone for emergencies. Beyond our initial communications prior to arrival, and one "check in on the guest" message, our guests are left to enjoy their stay.
