If shipping is required a fee of $50 plus postage will be charged prior to the items being shipped ○ Electrical breaker is last resort. Do not try to fix or troubleshoot any issues with plumbing, appliances or electrical. Do not touch unless instructed otherwise. ○ Host does not offer compensation for unforeseeable inconveniences (e.g., maintenance, fire alarms, or amenity restrictions). If notified in advance of significant disruptions, the host will inform guests and only accept bookings with their approval. Full refunds will be provided if unit is unusable. ○ No temporary or permanent fixtures (e.g., tarps) are allowed. Please remove outdoor shoes while in the home. ○ Quiet hours: 10 pm to 7 am, please be mindful of neighbours, bylaws, and basement tenants (Applicable to certain Units) ○ We do have a strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, we have a noise detector. ○ (If applicable) Please exercise caution on the balcony. All children must be supervised by an adult while on the balcony. ○ (Applicable to Equipped Units) Guest will be charged $200 for Banff Pass, $200 for unit fob/key, if not returned. ○ Late check-out requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance for consideration. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 for the first hour, followed by $35 for each additional 30 minutes. ○ Alterations, such as date, guest, or stay-length adjustments, follow the same terms as our cancellation policy and are subject to host approval. ○ For same-day reservations, the unit may not be prioritized for immediate preparation. Accordingly, standard check-in times are not guaranteed and delays may occur. Guests must contact the host in advance to confirm their expected arrival time. Access to the unit is subject to cleaning and preparation status.
