"We booked this apartment for the second time. We like the closeness to the beach. Also free Netflix for evenings in the apartment. It is a clean apartment with extra outdoor space to hang your beach stuff to dry after a day on the beach. There is a locker for the key so that you can go to the beach without needing to bring anything else and you can enjoy the beach without watching your valuables."

"Tucked away at the back of "la hoya" in Famara this ground floor apartment is cool and spacious, well equipped, and good value with a private pool and ping pong room. It's a short walk to the beach or town for shops and resturants. The pool is very nice but due to high walls there is no view and it does not receive the full range of sunshine during the day — it's great around the middle part of the day. "À 50 m de la plage, vraiment très pratique. Quelques points pourraient être améliorés : - l’annonce précise qu’il y a une machine à laver mais ce n’est pas le cas, c’était une mauvaise surprise avec 3 enfants, la machine à laver se situe dans une maison voisine et n’a que l’eau froide - la cuisine est très pauvrement équipée en vaisselle et ustensiles - la porte de la piscine ne ferme pas et la propriété n’a pas de porte pour être fermée, c’était un point que nous avions demandé au propriétaire...
