The staff were absolutely wonderful! The bathroom was not nice at all... dirty and in a state of disrepair (towel rack in tub/shower area is hanging out of the wall). The location is in an industrial area so there is little around but it is easy to get around from there by car or train

Sicuramente non è un hotel da 4 stelle, mi dispiace ma non ha nulla a che fare con i 4 stelle che ho frequentato finora. La nostra camera era vecchia con i muri tutti sporchi da pedate, buchi nel muro del bagno, ruggine e sicuramente la pulizia che ho visto in camera era davvero scarsa. In bagno un attacca panni e parliamo sempre di una camera matrimoniale. Ma la cosa più fastidiosa è stata quella del letto matrimoniale che non era affatto un letto matrimoniale ma due letti singoli uniti e ovviamente con la riga in mezzo scomoda, abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire. La colazione molto scarsa con roba davvero di scarsa qualità e non da 4 stelle! Alla fine quando abbiamo fatto check out la ragazza non ha neanche chiesto com'è andata. Ci ha dato la ricevuta e tanti saluti. Insomma è stata un esperienza poco buona, e ripeto 4 stelle non sono assolutamente alla loro altezza!!

Dalle foto sembrava un hotel più nuovo e invece è abbastanza vecchio e dispersivo. Per trovare la sala per la colazione ci vuole una mappa e il ristorante non è ottimale nè nel servizio nè per i prezzi. La stanza non in ottime condizioni, non esiste un termostato per regolare la temperatura del climatizzatore e purtroppo abbiamo patito tanto caldo durante la notte.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per recarci a Firenze in treno. Questo punto è sicuramente buono. Per il resto abbiamo trovato personale al check in distratto che non ci ha dato informazioni su nulla, personale addetto alla colazione apparentemente scocciato e scorbutico. Colazione monotona e sinceramente povera, sopratutto nel cibo salato. La stanza era bella e confortevole, ma ci siamo accorti che il pavimento non veniva pulito, c'era un pezzettino di plastica che per tutto il soggiorno è rimasto nello stesso punto. Vasca scomoda e antica, 3 boccette di prodotti di pulizia da dividere in 2, non c'era la cuffia per la doccia.

Non è andata come credevo. Albergo fuori mano, troppo caldo: con la finestra aperta e il convettore spento ci siamo riempiti di zanzare, stanze standard con bagni anticati e doccia scomoda perche nella vasca e doccino difficili da regolare, colazione non a buffet come pubblicizzato ma al tavolo con attese di 30 minuti perché c'erano solo due camerieri.

Buon Hotel, ma alcune parti da rivedere

Hotel con le parti comuni (Hall, Bar etc), gradevoli e ben mantenute. I corridoi per raggiungere le camere sono abbastanza spenti e con moquette rovinata. La camera buona, ma il bagno era datato e rovinato in alcune parti. Il Phon da muro era rotto e non utilizzabile. Buona l'idea di avere il minibar (fornito di acqua e bibite) gratuito. Personale gentile e disponibile.
