"We had an amazing stay at Casa Nona! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and super comfortable — you can really tell they care about cleanliness and attention to detail. The staff were incredible throughout our stay — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made us feel at home. The pool area and the beach was just as impressive, clean, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. A special mention to the lifeguard, who was doing an outstanding job. The moment he realized my wife doesn’t know how to swim, he stayed extra alert and kept a close watch, which made us feel very safe and cared for. That level of attention really stood out. "I really enjoyed my stay here but unfortunately the food was not always fresh. A lot of the snack foods were from frozen. Filter coffee was only available in the breakfast buffet and then taken away. At the bar the nice coffees were no longer being served due to shortage of capsules. I know they are winding down for the season but a decent coffee was nowhere to be had. Apart from that the rooms were impeccable. The gardens and grounds beautiful and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. "

"The staff at check-in were very kind and helpful. On the first day, I was given an “upgraded” room, but since it had one large and one small bed, there wasn’t much space to move around not ideal for a five-night stay. The next day, they changed it to a regular room on an upper floor, which was much better. The minibar wasn’t cooling, but I didn’t really need it, so I mentioned it at check-out. The location is very central, the pool area is nice and never crowded, and the breakfast was lovely. The lady making omelettes had such positive energy! However, there was no filter coffee available at breakfast or at the bar , only machine coffee.( It is a bit dissapointing I have to say ) Overall, though, it’s a nice hotel with good value for money. During check-out, staff could maybe be a bit more engaging (for example, asking how the stay was ), but everything else was great!"
