« Super cute lakefront house, nicely remodeled. It had everything we needed for a family of four with two small kids. Lakefront access was great, kept kids entertained with lots of swimming. Open top kayaks were a lot of fun too. »

« We had a really great long weekend staying at Michael and Reiko's lake house. We felt refreshed upon leaving. The house has everything you need - the kitchen is stacked with all cooking supplies, there are games and book for rainy days, kayaks/canoe for enjoying the lake. We have kids aged 8 and 5 years old. « Thank you for opening up your cottage for our 10 day stay! It was more than we expected! The owners thought of everything... we were able to cook a few nights on the grill and the location was close to the lakes, but far enough for quiet "in the woods" nights! « Our host Margaret was awesome, showed up to greet us upon check in. The cottage had plenty of room for sleeping, several spaces outdoors to enjoy. The lake is beautiful, sandy & clean. We loved listening to the loons. We tubed, waterskied, surfed & fished. We also went to a few restaurants by boat that we were able to have dinner & watch the sunset. Would definitely recommend & will be back again!!! »

« This was a really nice unit. Not on the water, but within a few minutes drive time to Houghton Lake, and 20 minutes to Higgins Lake. Lots of beautiful trails, boat launches, and public parks. Located on a quiet street, close to stores and restaurants. Would stay here again. The host was more than accommodating, and made sure every need was met. The house is well equipped, even down to a crate for your dog. The washing machine and dryer were an added bonus! »

« The cottage is absolutely adorable! We enjoyed a weekend there for Tip Up Town and even though it was freezing, it was an easy walk on the lake to the beer tent and a short walk on the road to the Limberlost. The host was communicative. It was a great stay! »

« My husband and I enjoyed Kelley’s “better than a tent” cabin for our anniversary getaway. The cabin was spotless, smelled really nice and had so much charm throughout. I wish we could have enjoyed the outside portion of the cabin more, as it is designed for such a fun outdoor space, but we were out and about all weekend. If we are back in the area again, we would for sure rent this cabin again. »
