We loved the location, close to beach, coffee shop, yoga, and restaurants. The house was roomy and comfortable. When we were out of supplies, we just asked and received items promptly. Washer/dryer was a plus. We did cook and used the grill. A bit old, but we managed. Great to have beach chairs and towels. Nice pool and seating in the backyard.Patricia was friendly and very responsive. Will try to stay here again in the future.Our one issue was with VRBO. We changed our reservation (months in advance) and received a refund (reduced our stay by 2 days). Great, but we were overcharged on our second payment, and it was incredibly confusing to figure out what we were owed. The base rate changed, and the "fees" changed, but not in the way you would have expected. Unfortunately, it took many phone calls (during my vacation??) to get it sorted out. The house was perfect. Very well equipped, with tons of space for all of us to stay comfortably, never once feeling like we were on top of one another.
