Upon entering this unit, you’ll be captivated by the ocean view from the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar for three. The comfortable living area features a plush couch and a large-screen TV, while sliding glass doors open to a veranda with a dining table for six and additional outdoor seating.  
  
The spacious master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom is perfect for families, offering a queen-sized bed and a single bunk bed, along with its own en-suite bathroom.

The Flamingo Towers development features two expansive, beautifully designed pools, outdoor showers, and meticulously landscaped gardens. Enjoy peace of mind with 24-hour security provided by on-site guards, along with a covered parking garage offering one dedicated parking space per unit and two fully functioning elevators.  
  
Located just a three-minute drive from Flamingo Beach, you’ll find a variety of beachside restaurants and an array of activities, including snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, boogie boarding, kayaking, and fishing.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
The property includes one designated parking space. Any additional vehicles must be parked on the street outside the community.  
The access road is unpaved and has a decent incline. Most guests handle it fine with a standard car, but a 4x4 makes it easier.
