First I did not like my stay. The bed was uncomfortable the pillows were flat like pancakes like they never been changed. There wasn’t an iron in the room hot water took forever to get warm. There was no restaurant place is falling apart. And customer service is there from 9am to 9pm there you have an emergency at night. You call no one answers. I do not recommend this place to anyone stay away

I had an apartment so it had 2 rooms with 3 beds( which was perfect because I was with my 2 sisters so we each had a bed and didn't have to share). It came with a kitchen that had a microwave and refrigerator. It was nice but we didn't have cleaning service they left trash bags and tissue and towels in a bag on the door, beds weren't made. And there was roaches in the living room especially at night, surprisingly there was none in the bedroom( maybe because we had the AC on in the bedrooms and not in the living room). The pool was nice addition. It was a nice hotel for a short stay despise the little things it was just and inconvenience because we did most of our activities in Aguadilla and that was an hour from the hotel

The spot is great but The first morning theres was no water until 9AM. I texted the owner & no response. On the second morning, no water either. Its disrespectful. The bed wouldn't stop squeaking. The place needs an update overall.

Towels in the room were dirty. Couldn't sleep because of the noise outside (windows couldn't be tight shut). No water pressure in the shower and sink. For the same price I was the day before in a much better hotel. Not worth the price : acceptable for a cheap hostel or guest house, but not for an Inn...

No fue una estadia placentera por las siguientes razones: -Tuvimos problemas con el agua, se iba constantemente. Se fue el agua en varias ocasiones mientras uno se estaba bañando. -abejas en el baño. -no tienen control en el area de estacionamiento. A los que se estan quedando les dan un “tag” para identificar el carro como huesped. Cuando llegamos al estacionamiento en la noche, estaba todo ocupado y muchos carros sin el “tag”. Tuvimos que estacionarnos en la calle. Nos indicaron que tendrian un guardia en las noches para los accesos al estacionamiento. El guardia nunca lo encontramos. No volvemos a este sitio, el servicio y las facilidades no son las mejores

Habiamos visitado las facilidades en varias ocasiones (apartamentos y habitaciones individuales). Honestamente nos encanta el lugar, pero nunca lo habíamos visto con tanto deterioro. Es una pena ver que los alrededores de las facilidades ni piscinas no estaban limpias, los muebles del área de la piscina rotos, algunas maderas del piso del área de la piscina y rampa para subir a las habitaciones estaban sueltas (rotas). No habia agua caliente en la habitación.
