"The hotel is nice and mostly accommodating. The layout is kind of strange and it's nearly impossible to turn left out of the hotel, but as a whole they provide all basic needs of a hotel including cleanliness. Usually if i walk barefoot at all I'll pick up some dirt, but these floors were spotless. "

"Wow. I thought the reviews had to be wrong but they were not! We had a great 6 night stay here and will book again our next trip. The staff was friendly and helpful despite being completely booked up. Breakfast was better than I expected (biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, seasoned potatoes, waffles, yoghurt, oatmeal, fruit and juices) The coffee machine in the commons area was amazing! The location was about 20 minutes from anywhere in Springfield and so perfect! I didn’t even know there was a basketball court in the courtyard (I guess I should have being called ‘court view’) we didn’t use the pool or hot tub but hopefully will next time. "

"Not a bad place. We unfortunately had some loud people staying above us who kept slamming the door late at night. The refrigerator in the room would make intermittent strange and somewhat loud noises. Not sure if there is an elevator in the building, never did see one. But overall, it was just ok."

"Got a king size room for me and my wife. The room felt cramped for two people. Also, the 1st floor is the 3rd floor. Other than that, nice property, good breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff and housekeepers!"
