Spacious Lake Georgetown Log Home

Perfect family vacation home!

This newer log home sits on 1.17ac and overlooks beautiful Georgetown Lake and the Pintler Range.

Main floor: master bedroom with full bath, guest room with queen bed and full bath, generous living room with traditional fireplace, family room with year round Direct TV, spacious kitchen, central island, dining area and large deck with propane BBQ and stunning views.

Lower level: Large family room with walkout porch and traditional fireplace, high quality billards table, large master bedroom with king bed and full bath, a boys room with a queen bed and a twin/full bunkbed, a girl s room with a toddler bed, 2 twin beds, and a twin/full bunkbed, and laundry facilities.

Lake access: There is a public boat launch at the Phillipsburg Bay Camppgroud about a half mile from the home. The home also includes access to a dock and shore station which is shared by some of the neighbors. This is a 5 min walk or a very short drive with room for 1-2 parking spots.

Amenities: DirecTV, wifi, good cell service, central heat, laundry facilities and supplies

Our group is my husband's family which consists of four married couples and three singles. We enjoy the view, the multiple spaces for varied activities and conversations, and the large kitchen with room to all eat together in the dining room. The view is outstanding!We have stayed before and are already booked again for next year!

This is the best possible property to rent on Georgetown lake! Incredible views, huge house, lakeside access, it has everything you could ever want! Can’t wait to come back again next year!

Our family of 11 had an awesome time here. The view from this property is spectacular! We spent hours on the balcony over looking the lake. The bbq was a plus. There is a firepit area where the grandkids enjoyed roasting marshmellows. This area also over looks the lake. The house is well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Lots of kitchen utensil, pots, pans, grills, dishes etc. It is a short walk to lake access. I would definitely stay here again. Very nice place!

Highly Recommend!

The property is spacious, well appointed, and exactly as the description promises. My extended family found it perfect for a mid-winter getaway. There is plenty to occupy all ages: ice fishing, x-c and downhill skiing, ice skating and exploring Philipsburg, just hanging out at the rental working puzzles and playing hames..

Christmas Vacation

Great house for a group of ten. Places to get away from your group, nice kitchen with all you need to fix any meal, all beds were comfortable. Lots of fun sledding, ice fishing or snowmobiling.

A Perfect Place for a Group!

We had an absolutely blast at this house! 8 adults and 3 kiddos. A nice short walk from the lake where we fished, close to several other lakes and recreation areas where we galavanted, and plenty of space for a large group of people to stay comfortably. I would love to stay here again!

Winter Retreat

This log home is perfect for family and friends to enjoy winter recreation around Georgetown Lake: fishing, x-c skiing, downhill at Disco. Exploring Philipsburg is fun in any season. Great kitchen, adequate sleeping spaces, but expect to bunk up after the big king and queen bedrooms are occupied. Kitchen gets 5 stars!

Reunion

Had a blast with 8 classmates (Class of 1978) for a weekend of golf, biking, fishing and reminiscing. The place has a wonderful view over the lake and plenty of room in the kitchen. Bedrooms held the 9 of us quite nicely. Thank you!
