Functional kitchen will have you cooking with ease and includes dishwasher, electric oven, gas stovetop, microwave, and breakfast bar. The beds were uncomfortable with mostly old, soft mattresses, the 2 singles stained. There was no air con which is mind blowing considering this is Western Australia by the beach - temperatures reach mid 30s consistently. The property needs a good clean and there should be a decent vacuum with all working parts for guests to use. The washing machine is very noisey, perhaps on its way out and needs replacing to a modern unit. The stay was very overpriced for the standard of the house. ##### Laura D.
