Welcome to our beautiful lake house on Lake Palestine, just south of Tyler, TX! This stunning 5400 sqft home is the perfect getaway for families and friends looking to escape the city and enjoy some peace and tranquility by the lake.

As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with high ceilings, large windows, and comfortable seating, making it the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning views of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal for your group, including a large island for meal prep, and a dining table.

The house features two upstairs master suites, each with its own private bathroom, comfortable king-sized bed, and stunning lakeside views. The additional bedrooms are comfortably furnished, and the house can accommodate parties up to 18.

For the golf enthusiasts in your group, there is a golf simulator. After a day of golfing, sit back and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Lake Palestine from the comfort of your own home. The golf simulator doubles as a home theater with seating for fourteen. Perfect for movie nights and sporting events.

When you're ready to relax, head outside and take a dip in the pool or soak in the hot tub.

A few items to note:
Limit of 18 guests.

Golf equipment is not provided. You will need to bring your own clubs and balls to use the golf simulator.

The hot tub can be heated if the outside temperature is above 40 degrees. (The hot tub enters freeze mode automatically once the temperature drops below 40.) The pool is not heated.

A pack and play can be provided upon request.

It was a beautiful, spacious home with plenty of room for our large party! We especially loved the beautiful lake views, sunsets, and hot tub! The kitchen was accommodating and we had a lot of fun in the theater and game room. There were a limited number of towels, and we had wished there was more of that and better "mood" lighting in the living room. Thank you for having us!

Absolutely stunning views! Super accommodating host and easy stay. Highly recommend this home, the amenities are 5 star. Hubby loved the golf simulator& ping pong table! The layout of the house is perfect for a small group of friends or family to gather without being right on top of each other.

The property, lake views and house are beautiful!The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, ping pong room, golf/movie room and outside pool space were great for our group. The house wasn’t as clean as we would have expected and it lacked amenities such as pool towels, outside seating, hooks to hang suits and towels outside, no kitchen towels…just little washcloth sized clothes that seemed well used, very little bar glassware…could only find 2 mismatched wine glasses. Kitchen drawers were messy, there was no dish rack or drying mats for doing dishes, pantry was full of random stuff, the putside kitchen area had dirty countertops & the bbq was not clean at all, so everything we grilled caught on fire. An old grill brush was sitting in standing water under the grill…pretty gross so had to buy one on day 2 to scrape the grill. Toilets had rings in them so obviously not cleaned before we arrived!! Ice machine didn’t work on fridge and the filter light was on to replace water filter. Keurig coffee maker didn’t work. A house this nice and for the price we would expect a cleaner more appointed space. Felt like all the kitchen stuff was older used pots and pans etc. There is no trash can in the bar game room area or an ice-maker which would be nice. Really only one trash can in the kitchen for a house that sleeps 18, besides small bathroom cans. Beautiful house, great location & space for a group. Needs some attention to detail with the cleaning & needs more & nicer amenities.

Amazing Family Vacay

Word cannot describe. The layout and design of the house was perfect for us and our children and their families. The pool and the view were perfect! We played golf and watched movies together in the theater/golf simulator room, swam, played games, fished, cooked, and simply enjoyed spending time together. The host was very accessible and even brought us a package that we had sent to the address! Wonderful accommodations!! Couldn’t recommend more highly!!

My family stayed four nights to celebrate my son’s high school graduation. Adults, cousins and friends all had a fantastic time at this beautiful home!! We enjoyed the lake despite some spotty weather and the pool was amazing. I would definitely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone. My advice to anyone unfamiliar with East Texas and looking to keep a group busy and engaged here: go with a place that has a pool! We live in the area and know how fast the weather can change - and did - over a period of four days. We spent most of the time swimming in the pool and looking at the lake. Hosts were awesome and responded quickly to the few questions we had! No complaints or issues (except that I’d rather have stayed longer lol)!

Lovely for our family gathering

We were in town for a funeral so this was a great place to gather family and be able to spend time together. The beds were so incredibly comfortable when we retired for the evening. During the rest of the time, the living area is all about togetherness! We appreciated the ability to all be able to sit around the dinner table and reminisce and celebrate our loved one’s life! We also loved the backyard and appreciated the beautiful view from the pool and hot tub.

Relaxation and Entertainment by Tranquil Lake

We stayed as a family (our 4 adult kids, our son-in-law, and 2 grandkids) between Christmas and over New Year’s Day. Communication was excellent—especially given that it was over a holiday! We had everything we needed for cooking and settling in. The beds were very comfy. Master Bath 1 was luxurious with a large shower room and a Japanese tub and a seat with handheld. The other master bath was also very nice. There were 2 full and one half bath downstairs. The two small kids (2 and 4) slept on the bottom bunks in the bunk room just off the front door. The golf simulator/theater was a central hub for us as we watched football! There were lots of TVs all over the house. We played games and puzzles (ours and theirs). We also enjoyed the ping pong and the hot tub. It was too cold in December for the pool, but it was a gorgeous one. (One son did take a cold plunge!). Breathtaking, picturesque views. We took a walk around the neighborhood one day and it was a nice walk. For information, it has two coffee makers: a small Keurig and a drip coffee pot and there were filters, ground coffee, and pods. We brought our own Keurig pods though). Also there was no crock pot but plenty of pots & pans and six burners on the gas stove. We used the grill, too. The instructions were good (yet we were glad for our techy son!). We drove into Tyler one day and to Kiepersol Winery another. Mostly we relaxed which was just what we wanted. We loved it!

Spectacular house

What an incredible stay. We had a large extended family gathering for a nearby wedding, and everyone was beyond impressed with this house. The two master bedrooms are spectacular, as is the great room, the theater (complete with golf simulator that really does work -- bring your own clubs and balls), the pool and spa, the electric full living area shade from the afternoon sun, etc. A wonderful escape, very pleasant stay in a safe gated community.

Property is beautiful and there is lots to do. The pool is beautiful but could have been cleaner. Limited seating on the outside patio. Beds were comfortable Items necessary for cooking and serving food fine but limited towels and could use another refrigerator. We had to buy a lot of ice for drinks. This is our second time to stay here and we are considering coming again next year.

Perfect Getaway!

Our family had such a fun and relaxing time! The pictures don't do the property justice. Such a beautiful home and location. We loved the pool and hot tub and had a great time improving our golf skills on the simulator. We'll definitely stay here again of its available and we're in town.
