"Our stay at the holiday villa was awesome. The villa's location was perfect – peaceful but not far from restaurants and amazing beaches. The car is a must if you want to explore nearby beaches and villages. The villa's beauty and peacefulness took us far away from our daily routine. The garden with flowers was so calming. "DO NOT BOOK! I booked this property months in advance and less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive, they moved me to a neighbouring hotel. The hotel they moved me to had lesser facilities, was a French and Italian speaking hotel and was very dated. I visited Janna e Sole to ask what had happened and if they could move me back to where I originally booked, they were rude and dismissive. I asked if I could have at least have a refund for the price difference as the hotel they had moved me to was nowhere near as nice. They have point blank refused and I am still fighting with them on this after being hung up on, and my emails ignored by their booking team. We heard a lot of horror stories from other guests about staff behaviour. They point blank lie to guests. Customer service is not something they offer. This was truly the worst holiday I’ve ever had."
