"I don't think the owners (especially the wife, Clara) realises they are in the hospitality business. - Paid for a sea view and did not receive it. Clara blamed expedia. - Not even the bare minimum is provided in the apartment (which was on expedia as an aparthotel-it definitely isn't). - Wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, in fact we had to clean the whole apartment 'for inspection' before we left. - oven but no oven gloves. - no tea towels. - had to buy toilet roll, bin bags, washing...

"Very nice place with helpful staff. Our flight was cancelled and we booked at 9pm. This was after hours it was hard to give a time for our arrival, but Simone stayed and helped us in - even though we arrived almost at 11pm. The day we should leave they also let us stay and helped arrange transport to the hotel. "I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this hotel truly deserves it. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our stay. The room was spotless and exactly as pictured online. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed — they were incredibly kind and accommodating. Every detail of our visit exceeded expectations, and we absolutely loved our time here!"

"Our second visit to the Costa Caddu, just as amazing as the first 4 years ago. It's not often we stay in the same place twice, but we will definitely come back again. The hotel buildings, and grounds are beautiful, and immaculately kept. The pool area is spacious and peaceful.The inside of the hotel is traditional Sardinian, and very beautiful. We stayed on half board basis, and the meals and service were excellent. All the staff were so friendly, and helpful. The bedrooms are all on ground level, and are very clean, quiet and comfortable. Nearest beach 10 minus walk, and it's lovely. It is advisable to have a car, as the hotel is in a quiet area,which is what we like. A big thank you to all the staff at the wonderful Hotel Costa Caddu. ❤️"
