1) They said their card swiping machine not working. I had to pay exchange price for withdrawing money.
2) They said reception will have staffs 24 hours. A BIG LIE. After a tiresome day, I was stranded outside for 20 minutes.
3) No breakfast even if you pay in Expedia. Refused to give receipt.
4) Gave me a wrong room.
5) Horrible experience for any travellers.
6) Totally confused staffs for everything under the sun.
7) Was told that they will compensate for all the mistakes. Nothing happened. I didn’t argue further as I really didn’t wanna talk to them.
8) My friends were supposed to book a bulk booking. Warned them from it !

A kapott szolgáltatások alapján drága szállás.
Visszaigazolt kétágyas erkélyes szoba helyett erkély nélküli. Függönykarnis helyett csak két fafogasra felakasztott függöny. Konnektorok lógtak, volt konnektor hely, ahova vissza se volt téve a konnektor. Tv állvány, TV, minibár nem volt (ajánlatban volt). Kislámpa az éjjeliszekrényeken nem volt. A szekrényekben egyetlen vállfa se volt. A fürdőszobában nem volt tükör és akasztó se a törülkózőknek.
Pozitív: nagyméretű ágy, kényelmes matrac, jó ágynemű, kis és nagypárnák is (kinek mi az igénye). Tisztasággal nem volt gond.
Elfogadtuk, de az lett volna korrekt, ha ezt a félig kész szobát olcsóbban bocsátották volna rendelkezésünkre.
