The apartment is excellently suited for accommodating up to six guests, making it an ideal choice for groups of friends or families.  
The design of the apartment is modern and stylish, while providing a cozy atmosphere. On the lower level, you'll find the spacious living room and dining area, perfect for gatherings and dinners. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals at home, while modern amenities cater to every need.  
  
The two bedrooms are located upstairs, ensuring peaceful and quiet sleep.  
The entire property is for rent, only you and your friends (or family) will use it!  
Self Check-In Provided!You can enjoy the convenience of self check-in!  
  
Parking:  
Parking is available on the streets in the surrounding area, but it is paid. Parking garages can also be found just a short walk away.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in the condominium.
