« Location is the best asset. Bedroom was fine but very little character and located on the ground floor we could hear some AC noise right outside our window with no view.
Breakfast was gorgeous with plenty of choice and service was mainly done by youngsters on training trying their very best.
Worst experience was dinner especially puddings. We complained and after talking to manager and cook, it was taken off our bill. »

« Fantastic stay, only one night, which was only spoilt by the two cleaning ladies having a load conversation, without thought for guests outside our door! Everything else was memorable, check in was welcoming and efficient, with impeccable manners shown »
« The room was very spacious with comfortable beds and a good shower and the area was quiet at night. The choice of breakfasts was excellent and the view from the restaurant was an added bonus. »

« Vieil immeuble, mais les chambres ont été rénovées. Elles sont compactes, mais toutes les commodités y sont. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, alors pour un séjour d’une nuit, il faut prévoir un bagage à mains contenant tout ce qui est essentiel, surtout si notre chambre est au 4e étage. Le personnel est avenant et nous avons très bien mangé au resto (dîner et petit-déjeuner). »
« A great place if you wana drive down the night before your cruise as its close to the terminal! Nice freindly staff, food exellent! The room was basic but clean as was the bathroom. We where in a downstairs room so we had noisy upstairs occupants so when they walked across the room you could hear the footsteps and floorboards creaking! Fire alarm went off in the early hours but that cant be helped! Not a bad stay and i would stay there again. Highly recommend the fish&chips👌 »
« If The Ivy did hotels this is what they would be like. Beautiful decor, quirky layout and lovely hidden garden. Room felt luxurious and the bed was super comfy. We ate in the garden which was very relaxed, such a pretty setting. The breakfast was superb, eggy brioche with bacon was delicious and the continental selection was very high end. Latte and Americano coffees included which we've noticed that some hotels have started charging for - not good when you are paying a premium for your stay....
