The bedrooms offer flexibility and comfort: a king-sized room, a double room, and a twin room with two singles. Each room is filled with natural light and features zen-inspired decor, ensuring restful sleep with beds dressed in white cotton sheets and hotel-quality linens.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking, with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, and cooking essentials, as well as glassware, cookware, and cutlery to make you feel at home. The contemporary family bathroom and ensuite both offer walk-in showers, and we provide complimentary guest toiletries, as well as an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer for added convenience.

If you’re travelling by coach, National Express operates services from London, Heathrow, and other major UK cities, typically arriving at Pool Valley Coach Station, a short walk from the beach and city centre. Driving to Brighton is straightforward, with the A23 linking it directly to London and the M25, while the A27 connects Brighton with towns along the south coast. However, parking in Brighton can be limited, especially in the city centre. Many visitors find it easier to park at one of the city’s Park & Ride locations or in one of the larger car parks outside the central area.
