« We were visiting the area for a college football game and enjoyed our stay at the Homestead. We had a little difficulty checking in, but it seems to be a VRBO issue of not sending the proper guide on the day of check-in. Contacted the homeowner who was super helpful and sent us the guide to help us get in. « Felt like we were the only ones there. Themed rooms, our room was the Victorian style. Big bath and huge shower, the room was a great size. Our bed was a sleep number bed which was great for two people. Breakfast was a grab and go breakfast, good variety, the only thing hot was hot water. Safe location, it was maybe 10 mins from Walmart and even closer to a grocery store. »
