Coleford

« Solo traveller, one night stop off. Camping hut for two (two single beds) which was warm and cosy. I'd have chosen a kettle over a TV but that's my preference. Stunning surroundings. 3 huts in one very large field so quiet. Excepting unfortunately the noise from the adjacent A road.. which runs alongside the site. Café/ bar on site (this is where reception is) comfy, friendly, good breakfast, views overlooking the pond. Facilities numerous. A good site for families I'd say. »

« The Judges lodgings are in a great location for visiting Gloucester and nearby Cotswolds. The size of the apartment was perfect for our family and had all of the amenities required, even included shower gel, hand wash etc. The beds were not the most comfortable and we didn't bother using the single fold up bed. We were disappointed that there was no freezer in the apartment, which is useful when you are self catering. Also, we had 2 cars and parking was only available for one car. We paid for...

« The cottage is ideally placed for a short break in Ledbury - close to all the shops, restaurants and historic buildings. The only (very slight) downside is the restricted parking on the Homend - but there are a number of both short and long stay car parks within an easy walking distance. We had a very enjoyable stay there and would recommend it highly. »

Never received the email with the check in number but thankfully the golf course staff were very helpful nearby. "The price was low and the amenities basic but all in all for the price paid no complaints. We had to pay )5 for parking which was unexpected but ok . However ten days later received a parking ticket for unpaid overnight parking from a separate private parking firm. On calling the hotel the hotel immediately voided the ticket ."
