"Spacious well maintained apartments. Rural area. Nice scenery. Friendly staff. Free washer dryers for guests in each apartment building. We stayed in the essex building and drove to the main building to check out the amenities and watch a movie in the theater. The kitchens are well stocked. The area is rural and did not have any cell signal for our various providers. There is unsecured WiFi all around the property. Bring groceries with you. "

"The room had a food smell. There were little black flies in the room. When I notified the desk the gentleman said he would be sure to report it to the proper person. No offer of a discount on the price of the room or even a voucher for a future stay which I never would have used. Not interested in staying there again. "

"First ski weekend getaway, the North star is an absolute gem. It’s like popping back in time where you can appreciate a warm fire, some solo acoustic music and a lively bar. The heated pool does wonders after a hard day skiing."
