"Lovely studio in downtown...despite being downtown. Owner was very receptive Studio had everything we needed such as sundry items...coffee pods, sugar, salt pepper and earplugs...to drown out the load seagulls. Short walk to the Ampitheater. Classic art deco buildings along the walk and quite few decent restaurants"

"This property is well maintained. Some amenities available that made our stay more enjoyable. My only issue was the amount of noise you could hear throughout the night.but once you're asleep it doesn't matter. "

"Cute, clean property good for a visit to New Haven for a single or couple. The area is a little noisy, but that's the price you pay for being in close walking distance to everything you'd want to be in close walking distance to! Would definitely stay again. "

"Great for a quick stay (we were here 10 hours). The water in the shower didn't warm at all, even after running it for 10 minutes it was still freezing. Area was great and I appreciated the thorough instructions to get in the apartment. "
