This house is a gem perfectly located in walking distance from the shuttle that takes you directly to the slopes and a trailhead to the top of bold mountain. We could not have been happier with location - size of the house - and privacy with so many rooms and bathrooms. Everyone had their needed space and yet we all felt we were together. The view from this house is way better - all of the ski hills and Quandary Peak, from the time the sun starts to shine on them until a beautiful sunset behind them. A short walk down the street and you're at the trailhead to hike up Bald Mountain. Inside, this is a great place for extended family to stay together - five different en suite bedrooms and two different family room spaces to hang out. David was very easy to communicate with before our trip and sent a lot of useful info. It was everything we could have hoped and more. It is very spacious, attractively decorated, kitchen and bathrooms generously supplied. Amazing views, huge hot tub, heated garage, two fireplaces, lovely bathrooms, very clean, fantastic kitchen and several long tables for dining, games and work. We will never forget this Christmas trip to Breckenridge. The effort the owner went to to decorate the house for the holiday complete with a Christmas tree was much appreciated. We loved David’s place! It was clean, warm and cozy. The house is located in the mountains with a great view, and there are shuttles to Breckenridge every hour.
