  • Beautiful, quiet condo on the picturesque Swan River, perfectly located for skiing and hiking all the Summit County resorts. Three miles to Breckenridge and 6 miles to Keystone or Copper Mtn. You'll enjoy a remodeled two bedroom, two bathroom Condo with a warm fireplace, a spacious kitchen with granite counters, and an attached one car garage to keep your car snow free! The complex includes 2 communal hot tubs. Exceptional local dining in Breckenridge and Frisco, only minutes away.

    The condo sleeps 6 with a queen bed offered in the master bedroom, and a twin over full bunk bed plus a single twin bed in the second bedroom. The living room includes a very comfortable leather couch and chair, a spacious coffee table, and an over the fireplace 55" TV. There are 2 available parking spaces, one in the garage and one in the condo lot. There are two communal hot tubs for guest use that are located in the parking area across the street.
