"Great value for the price. There are a few small issues that can be addressed - the stairway smelled like feet, the 3rd floor trash receptacle was overflowing, and the check-out process wasn't clear due to limited weekend front desk hours. I loved the size of the room, the courtyard area, and how quiet it was. I was able to sleep normally without the normal hotel sounds of people talking in the hall, closing doors, etc. The location was convenient but not in a busy, noisy area. I will definitely stay here again."

"The staff upon check in did not even care if we (or anyone in our travel party) were there or not. She acted as though we were an inconvenience. The elevator did not work most of the time, and we had a room on the third floor. The breakfast was sorely lacking in both taste and variety - there wasn't any fruit available at all"

"We were in town for one night after a late basketball game and just needed a place to wash up and sleep. The hotel isn’t new, but it was clean. There was a slight stale smell when we first walked into the room, but I carry Lysol, and once I sprayed the surfaces and beds, it wasn’t noticeable anymore. We used the washer ($2 per load) and tried the dryer, but the dryer didn’t work. The front desk refunded the $2 without any issue. There’s a washeteria about five minutes away, so we were able to dry our clothes there for much less. The hotel itself was clean, and the ladies at check‑in were polite. Not much else stood out. Breakfast was basic—waffle maker, instant oatmeal, eggs, gravy, sausage, and a variety of breads and pastries. Overall, the hotel was fine. Nothing special, but it had the best price for what we needed for the night."
