That’s what you’ll find at The Memorable Place, a modern condo in Fall Creek and right in the center of everything! All the adventure you can imagine is just a short car ride away whether you’re planning a day trip to exhilarating Silver Dollar City, charming downtown Branson, or spending a few hours blending fun with education at the Titanic Museum or Aquarium at the Boardwalk. You’ll also be right next to the banks of the White River, flowing between Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo. The fishing enthusiasts in your crew will have an abundance of choices of where to drop in a line, all the while surrounded by the lush landscape of the Ozarks. If you’ve brought your golf clubs along, just wait until you see the variety of surrounding championship golf courses available. However much time you plan to spend in this epic destination, every day is sure to be packed with excitement! When you’re ready to head back home for the day, you’ll find comfortable indoor spaces waiting to help you relax and recharge. Kick up your feet in the living room on the plush leather sofa while you stream a movie on the large mounted smart TV. The dining room table can seat 4 for formal meals or play host to a rousing family game night. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a spacious king size bed and a TV. The ensuite bathroom includes an oversized single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Parking available for up to 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be located in unit upon arrival. • This is a walk-in unit. No stairs required. Less than 10 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve. This enviable location also puts you within 20 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy.
