Check in was text message to us. Very easy to understand. Address was exact from using google maps. Inside the rental was clean and well taken care of. Had dishes and pots & pans for use. Toaster was not working, contacted the host via the app and even though we were not asking for one, a new one was delivered within hours. The place clean, stocked with mini toiletries, dishes, utensils, and cookware. Extra blankets, sheets and pillows as well. The condo is located on a resort so will have other traveling families.A few things to note. The listing states a king bed in the bedroom, I believe it is a queen, definitely not a king. While the condo is on falls creek resort property we found the condo does not have access to the on-site amenities (was not on the listing that we did, just thought we would since it's on the property.) Very close to the Branson strip and only 7 min away from the beach. (Check to make sure it's not flooded before you go). All around great stay and would book again. ##### Salina M.
